Vineyard Vines opened a store at Aventura Mall on Sept. 28. The store, which is the brand’s second site in Miami-Dade County, will create nearly 30 jobs, according to the company. It has already hired about 12 workers to staff the store.
The 1,740-square-foot retail space will sell seasonal clothing and accessories for men, women and children, along with select home goods.
“Floridians share our enthusiasm for living the good life, and we look forward to growing our relationships and becoming larger part of the Aventura community,” Vineyard Vines co-founder and CEO Ian Murray said.
Stamford, Connecticut-based Vineyard Vines has more than 95 stores in 30 states; Washington, D.C.; and Bermuda. In addition to Aventura, the retailer has South Florida locations in Boca Raton, Coral Gables, and Palm Beach and Palm Beach Gardens.
The 2.9 million-square-foot Aventura Mall, at 19501 Biscayne Blvd., is the region’s largest mall. Its lineup includes more than 300 retailers.
